A/C still not functioning correctly after blower cleaned.

Looking for some advice on what to tackle next.

I just finished cleaning the A/C blower and I did not feel any improvements as far as the quality of the A/C is concerned.

When on recirculate, A/C is too noisy and not pushing enough air out.

When on normal, A/C quiets down while the same amount of air is being pushed out.

The A/C is somewhat cold but not ice cold, as I would like.

What should I look into next?

Is it fan noise or A/C system noise? is the air intake for the blower unrestricted? Is the system fully charged? What year and is it R12 or R134a? we need a little more info dude

Fan noise.

I don't know.

Fully charged? All I can say is, the air is not warm.

'94 with R12.

Evacuate and recharge, that would be my first step with an unknown.

I just remembered when my A/C went out last year, I had the new R134A installed.
