Quick question. How to clean out the air conditioning ducting. I think that on real long trips (>5hrs) I begin to get severe sinus problems. Thus, I think that the ducts prob have mold or accumulation of "stuff" from the years. I there a way to access them and clean them out.

You should start by pulling your fan/blower unit and cleaning all the junk out of it...Bob has a nice write up in the mods section. I like to force compressed air through all the ducts as well. There is also some deodorizer/cleaner that you can purchase at NAPA and other parts stores that kills mites and "stuff". There is a large section of ducting just behind your glove box that's pretty easy to get to and remove.
