Bushwacker flare question

Bushwacker flare question
I see JC Whitney has 'em real cheap and I wanted to make sure these cover the rear bumper sides unlike the cheap factory fender trim. Do these look very similar to the Limited flares?

I guess I'll be getting those shortly adding to my shocks and 1" lift springs;the flares really change the look. I really noticed it when I was parked next to my mom's '99 Limited.
