I have the limited slip differential and I can only get one tire spinning.... is that normal? And I only do it when my tires are about to be changed....lol

Yea, that is normal. Usually, as soon as one tire loses traction, that spinning tire gets all of the power.

yeah with a LSD or posi.... you might not always kick posi. my dad had a posi rear in his yukon xl.... but.. i did a staving burnout in that thing... didnt spin both.


oh...... and it cracked most of the spider gears in half, chipped the pinion, and sunk a washer or something halfway into the housing... but it did leave a 30 or 40 foot strip of rubber, tire spinning about 70 the whole time. (i dont know how, it wasn't a break tack)

that might be one reason why i try not to beat on my truck.. dad wasn't happy
