Bumps at 60-70 mph

I have a '00 4R that has these vibrating bumps every 1 to 2 seconds (not continuous vibration) as I reach 60 mph to 70 mph... if I go slower or faster, the problem seems to go away, but the bumps are very noticeable so I do not want to ignore it any longer.

Knew this was the best place to ask. I've done some searching throughout the forum before posting, but most people are reporting problems with a full out vibration while I'm just getting noticeable, vibrating bumps.

Any suggestions? Replacing U-joints seem to be the most popular solution but just wanted to check in with you guys for some opinions....

Thanks

Scot
