Bug deflector for '97 Runner?
#1
Any recommendations for a bug deflector for my '97 4Runner? I see so many kinds out there, and my white truck is aching for some color up there. I'm a college student with no money so cheaper is better!
Did I tell you all I got 23.5 mpg highway after doing the deckplate airbox mod? Thats from like sticker of 19mpg! Why the heck wouldn't Toyota want to make it as best they can, I'll never know, but thx to all of you for the suggestion! I'm saving like $200 a year in fuel costs!

try stylinconcepts.com for a EGR bugguard, I think they are the best because you don't have to drill or put the sticky dome bumpers like the stock Toyota.
I think this link will work

I just bought one from Lund and it is a bit taller than others and it bolts right on with no drilling and it sits completely away from the hood with no need for bump stops or such. The top lip of it does flare straight to offer more protection but the rest is form fitting to the hood.
