Broken ignition induction coil,(the housing around ignition lock cylinder)

Broken ignition induction coil,(the housing around ignition lock cylinder)
Hello, I have a 2002 4-Runner Limited. I was changing the ignition lock cylinder and the black ring that goes around the lock cylinder was broken and the copper wires that were coiled around are exposed. How can I fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
