Brakes were checked out okay. Shocks were replaced at the same time. When coming to a complete stop it feels as if something is letting go and the vehicle feels like it jolts back. I can even get it to do this without actually coming to a complete stop (very slow creeping stop). Also, when slowly braking for the first time of the day I can hear a scraping noise like something is worn but like I mentioned the brakes, drums, and rotors are fine. After braking one time the scraping noise is gone for the rest of the drive.

 

I believe what you are experiencing is called Axle Wrap. Do a search on it and see if it applies to what your getting.
