would it be possible to swap my 2x4 pickup brakes with tundra calipers, rotors and pads?

well, the tundra uses a non serviceable type wheel bearing and the rotor slides over the wheel studs, while the 95 and older trucks use a rotor which is bolted to the back side of the hub, the only way to tell would be to get both trucks side by side and start comparing things, BTW, tacos and 3rd gen runners use the same type of brake setup as the tundras, except that the rotors are smaller on the tacos and 15" wheel runners
