bottom grill clips

bottom grill clips

anybody got any suggestions on how to get the bottom grill clips on my 94 runner to come out? they seem to be stuck in there damn hard. i push in the little tabs and pull, but nothing. its the 3 bottom ones in the middle that i can't get. the ones next to the corner lights on the bottom have 2 parts that you have to push down. is it like that on the other 3? and if so where is the second part?

if you dont mind me asking, why are you gonna be taking out the grill?

cause i wanna paint behind the toyota eblbem and im thinking about doing the gutter gaurd thing too. but i managed to do it. there were clips on the bottom. damn by big hands!!! but i finally got them. the middle one was the hardest, but i got it.
