Borla exhaust on an '03

I saw an '03 today with a Borla Exhaust and two tips. It looked pretty good, but I just don't know. The bad thing was that the truck was some spoiled kid who had just gotten his license. The thing had5 video screens in it and I am not sure how much stereo........SPOILED!!!!!! My first car was a green '71 Pinto.

I finally made the century mark on posts!!!! WHOOHOO!!!!!

momo: don't worry... that 4runner prob won't even see any dirt anyway (besides the lawn)... lol

Atleast we'll be able to appreciate our 4runners more than that kid would even be able to think! haha...

Actually, mine really won't ever see anything major. I like it clean. But you are right, you appreciate things much more when you have paid for them yourself........and I have.

the spoiled kid's parents worked hard for their money. i think they should be allowed to spoil their kid if they wanted to. if you had the money, wouldn't you buy your kid a shiny new '03 4runner with the goodies? it doesn't make the kid a bad kid. he's probably a good kid, hence the car.

Actually no, I would not buy my kid a brand new car with all the goodies. I would give them something reliable but not expensive. And if they wanted to fix it up they could get a job and earn the money to do so. That is how you learn about money, not by having everything given to you. I had friends just like that growing up. To this day, they don't take care of ˟˟˟˟, because they never had to pay for it. They respected what it took to actually buy the things they had. You nust have been one of those kids too....

If and when I have kids, they'll prob get my 03 4runner hehe... by then it'll be a trail rig and I won't care what happened to it! lol

Actually I'm w/ momo on this one... Gotta give the kids an economical car so they can start w/ something simple and appreciate it for itself... if they want to mod it then it's up to them to do that w/o the help of me ofcourse!

Obviously I'm not the only one confused. Are you the other Momo's alter ego?

Never mind the kid, how'd the exhaust look (and sound)? The 'o3 just cries out for another pipe on the left side! I'm looking for one!

yep, there are 2 momo's.....we are taking over the world...

I didn't get a chance to hear the exhaust, but I am sure it sounded pretty good. I agree, it is begging for a little deeper sound.
