Bolts to check & tighten before goin off road

I was watching a show on Speed yesterday and the guys on a pit crew were talking about how important it is to get under the car and check the tightness of all your bolts n stuff before racing. So I was thinking that'd be a good idea to do the same before heading off road in the comming week.

Are there ideas on locations you can think of that'd be good to check the tightness of bolts and make sure everythings snug and where it should be on the 4runner before headding off road just for safety and piece of mind. I was gonnna go through some suspension components & stuff but any additonal ideas would be good.

"RACE" trucks aren't driven on the road usually, so they haven't been tested. If you've been driving down the road for the past 100,000 miles or so and nothing's fallen off yet, taking it offroad shouldn't matter, so long as you're not trying to break any speed records.
