BJ Spacers installation

Anyone remember how much you have turned the adjustment cams while making alignment after installation? Pictures? Have you made it at home at all.

Instructions are:
"Move the lower arms outwards until two things happen. (It will likely be necessary to lift the front end while adjusting and roll the truck forward and backward after each adjustment.) One, the tires appear vertical. Two, all cams are adjusted to mirror those on the opposing arm and in a position *closely* relative to where they started. (It is more important that the tires be vertical than the hardware be exactly relative to it's originating position) For example, if the driver's side front cam is pointing straight up and the driver's side rear cam is pointing outwards, the passenger side front cam should be straight up and rear outwards. If, before adjustment, say the rears were angles outwards 30 degrees more than the front, after adjustment the rears should still be outwards about 30 degrees. (again this is not as critical as trying to get the tires vert.)" http://www.sdori.com/spacerinstall.htm

How I adjust the toe-in?

I had to move the cams alot. I ended up having a buddy who is a toyota guy and works in an off road shop do the alignment on a really sweet machine they have. We also had to crank the torsion bars a bit to get the caster within specs. I drives really straight now, well worth the cost of the alignment.

get it done professionally!

I took mine in and had it done, for $45 why not! You wont be able to get it done right by just eyeballing or guessing it!
