Big Screw on throttle body. Idle Adjustment?

Big Screw on throttle body. Idle Adjustment?
What is the flathead screw on the throttle body on the 3.0? It sits right next to the intake chamber and throttle body. I can't really find any info on it.

Well if it's the one I'm thinking of (it points towards the rad) then it's the idle speed screw, it's abot 3/8"-1/2" in diameter. Clockwise slows idle, counter clockwise increases idle.
