Of autopartswarehouse.com..I called them up to about some mats for my Tacoma..I asked the person are they a custom fit mat or universal..he said custom..I get them they say universal..They are 8" to long and not wide enough..I call them to return them..the said the put it in for aproval to get a return order call back in 2 days..2 days later need to call back Monday it takes 3 days they said..Call back tonite nothing was put in about this they knew NOTHING..I asked to speak to a manager he comes back a few mins later said they all went home but my reason for returning them was not good enough..I NEVER told him why I was returning them..I said man you are busted..Now I have to what to get aproval and they may not aprove it for a return slip..I know when I call back thursday it will be declined..I just want to warn people about them...They don't like to answer questions I asked them...Never did get a straight answer from them..Just a lil to shadey for me..

Yeah, I just ordered some brembo rotors and pads from them. They sent me the wrong rotors, some rotors for like a corolla. Then they wanted me to pay to ship them back because they screwed up...needless to say I threw a fit and they are reimbursing the funds. I was not happy...

 

Stay far away frm them..They will give you the run around..The lie to you and are very dishonest..I have filed several times for a return with zero results..I will choke it up as a bad experence and they are a bad company..Credit card company was no help at all..Says i have to wait til I get a yes or no answer from them before they'll jump in..As long as I keep getting the run around and no real answer I am on my own...Lesson learned.

 

They are not one company, they are a collaboration of parts store that link their parts database to one big store, their customer service is outsourced in India....I've had mixed results from them. But now that I found a couple of other stores Iwill never deal with them again, their customer service is horrible.
