Dude, go pick up a 4wheel drive mag. They usually have the best tire rim combos deals in there. A few years back, I got 4 33x12.50x15 swampers mounted on black crawlers for like $539.00 shipped.

I would check craigslist for used set-ups. You'd be surprised at the good deals you can find.
