If you really want the "BEST" headlamp like your title states, then you will definitely go for an HID projector retrofit. It will give you more light output by far than the other things mentioned here. I absolutely love mine

Only downsides are the cost and you have to have it custom made (by yourself or someone else). But it is definitely the best.

I just ordered the intense whites for 45.00 on amazon and I'll disconnect the DRL
box to add life to the bulbs.
Here's another critter I'll find using those bright ace headlamps!

Any affordable options for the front foglights on a 99 runner....
you know .........the little holes down there!
