basslink

I'm thinking about installing a basslink in my 2000 4runner. How hard is it to run power and rca cables to the back of the truck? Any routing suggestions? Thanks

Should be a cake walk. find a grommet in the engine bay to run the power cable from the + side of teh battery, and send it down the side of the car under the plastic moldings. Plenty of room there. Run the RCAs down the center of the vehicle to prevent possible interference (alternator whine) and crosstalk. Check out the tech guides section, there's an amp install guide there. Just keep running the wires back further.

When I put my amp back in (pulled from my last vehicle, I just got the rig in my sig last month) I'm not sure if I'll put it under the seat like he's showing in the guide.

The install guide is here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f127/installing-amp-component-speakers-subwoofer-3rd-gen-4runner-82608/
