axle probs

ok i succesfully did my chevy swap and i actually pretty happy with myself cuz i have never worked with suspensions before . i am pretty happy and got a lot of experience with it. but after i was all done and i put my truck back together and put it down, my axel seems to be a little cockeyed. i look at it more closely and one hanger is about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch farther forward than the other one is this really bad and something i need to fix immediatly? or is it something i shouldnt worry about?
thanks for the input
