Question Auxiliary lights and my alternator, how many watts can i run?

i am currently running 4 hella 500's (55 watts each) off of my stock alternator, and i'm wondering if i am able to swap the stock bulbs for 100 watt bulbs without pushing my stock alternator into an early grave. if i can't swap all four, what about running 2 55w and 2 100w bulbs.

another note, toyotas harsh weather package or whatever they call it, does that include a heavy duty alternator?

if need be, is there anywhere that sells a heavy duty alternator for this truck?

any info on this will really help. thanks!
