Yes, ATS did go out of business...
It has been posted here that the guy(s) that designed the upper control arms for ATS are now working at Inland Trucks. I don't know what the differences are between the new and old version, if there are any. There was a lot of talk about them but I have not heard of anybody buying a set from Inland Trucks yet.

I have a set of the Inland trucks "version"
They are exactly the same as the original ATS arms, I like them alot. The extra droop is welcome. I think he may still be running a price discount on these, I think it was $340 instead of $375.
There was also a group discount for ttora.com on the total chaos uniball uppers. those were around $150-200 more.
There was a thread recently with alot of the info in it for the ATS discount buy. Search ATS and arm
