SQUEAK!!!! 96 4Runner lower control arms r squeaking.

Yeah its been a while since I posted here but Here we go. The front lower control arms are sqeaking over every bump. Its loud as hell too, sounds like an old box spring mattress!!!! Sprayed WD-40 all over them and it stopped that is until it rained!!! Any how is that something that can be greased without pulling it apart or does it have to be broken down. Also I have never heard any other Runners doing this so Im wondering if this is a sign that the bushings are gone. Whats the maintenance like for those bushings I have about 102K miles and its been like that for about 15k. Gotten louder recently though.

There should be a zerk fitting/nipple that you can pump some grease into usually located on the bottom of the arm in sort of a little pocket.
