Is there anyone running propane at all on there toyota? i saw a kit for them in a offroad maga zine at gotpropane.com but they want like $825 bucks for the system? I was wondering if anyone had any part #'s so i could get the parts locally and just buy the adapter that's needed for the butterflys on the baseplate. TIA

Actually you can even run propane with your gas. Propane helps the gas burn more fully. You could use it like a boost like with nitrious. I know that the diesel truck guys use the propane trick for some added boost to burn the diesel fuel. The problem with propane is trying to mount the tank somewhere safe, where it won't explode when you get into a accident.

Thanks guys. I looking into for a extra toyota engine i got and a free samuri frame i got. Just trying to build a yard toy on the cheap. That place i mentioned earlier wants $825 bucks for it. I just need the adapter that's for the mixer. Then i could get all the other parts locally.
