Not at all and I do mostly highway driving. Only time I see it is if I take an on/offramp too fast but again I doubt it has any more body roll tendency over stock other than it has a higher center of gravity from the lift. The OME springs are stiffer than stock but only just a little. If you are really concerned, then get the Addco front and rear sway bars and it should handle like it is on rails.
