Anyone have TRD 16" Ivan Stewart Wheels

Anyone have TRD 16X8 Ivan Stewart Wheels with 285 mounted on there 3rd gen without any rubbing ?? I thinking about a set. Oh I already have 285 and a 3" lift now, so just thinking if I switched to these wheels if they would rub anywhere. I remember seeing someone with these wheels but couldn't find it.
What are you thoughts on the wheels ?

Thanks.

I have them. I like them but they are hard to balance. You must use the hunter roadforce balancing machine from my experiance and you need to use stick on wheel weights. I think there are a few others that have them. I only have 265/75's on now so I can't help you there. I was thinking of going 285's so I would be interested in how they fit. Unsure about the back spacing.
Good luck!

I have those wheels on my 97ltd, they look great and i get a lot of compliments on them, however i have 275's mounted and they are a pain in the ass to have balanced, i had them balanced 3 times and they still are not perfect, anyway with my 275's there is no rubbing at all, let us know if the 285's fit.

Hmm starting to think they look good but hell to balance, and we all know on a 3rd gen thats a pain in itself.
Okay think I stay away from them for now and keep what I have on now.

Ivan Stewart on Tacoma

I have 285 on the Tacoma with a 2.5 lift and it rubs the frame a little depends on what tires, I have the BF goodrich mud terrain. It only rub if you turn the steering wheel all the way left or right.

I'm going to need to buy new tires soon and I've also been wondering about
tire size options. Right now I have 265/70 16's

I've noticed some people refer to tires as 31's or 33's, how does this relate to
the numbers on the tire? I assume they're referring to the diameter of the
tire in inches? Is there a way to tell that from the 265/70 number? What do
these numbers stand for anyway??? (I do know that the 16 is for a 16" diameter
wheel)
