I've seen the INJEN one, and was told the K&N FIPK one sucks. I was also thinking of making my own version using a generic tube(I saw one on procarparts.com) and an HKS super muga flow filter. Any suggestions?

 

There is one guy, I forget who...sorry dude, who made his hood scoop a working intake scoop. The underside had like five flexable pvc tubes going to his intake box. And I THINK he put tiny holes in the bottom of the tubes (lowest part of tubes) for any water to escape. Don't know about any numbers or performance difference.

 

If it was my rig, I'd do the deck plate mod and the DR Z intake mod as outlined in our Tech section here.

Reports by users say they can feel the increase from both.
However if you have a super charger, you won't feel the results from the mods from what I have read.
