Jason's aftercare service is first class. The clears as someone else pointed out are exactly the same as the ebay ones. You are paying extra for the service.

So,the corners are $20 and his service is $60? Sorry but that is kinda crazy for a return policy.

Ok, well I took my lenses off today and here's some pics of how much water that was in them....

So I stuck them in the oven (wanted 100*, but it only goes down to 170*. So I left the door open 6 inches or so). And every several minutes I shook them to try to get everything out. Once that was done I saw that there was dust and buildup on the reflective part...

So I started to take them apart and the paint gods got ahold of me. Got the lenses off and cleaned them up. I put some plastic primer on them and then several coats of gloss black.

Installed:

Now you see that light area around the light? It isn't as bad looking as it looks in the pics. But because I didn't plan on doing this I missed a step that the next person SHOULDN'T PASS UP!!!

When you heat up the lights to get the lenses off, get all the original epoxy goo stuff out as well. Then paint inside of that channel as well so it's black also. (or as an afterthough, paint the outside edge of the lense itself to cover the epoxy and the channel the lense sits in)

And the best part, when the lights are on they are still pretty bright!

All in all, I love this little upgrade!!! I'm sure I'll do it again later on and clean up that epoxy so I don't have that light colored edge. But I wanted to see if this will last several months or if there are any ill effects from it.

Even buying ebay and they leak you can fix them for another $5 investment instead of spending $80 in the first place if you are on a budget since you could buy more gas with the money you save.

If it's just a looks mod it's best to seek out a cheaper option since if they do fail it's not like it's catostrophic.
i have to agree here. my ebay clears were under $40 and have been 100% perfect for 2 years. great way to go

The more I looked at those pics, the more I hated them... So I took them apart, painted the edges, and used Black Silicone. Much better! No more light ring around them.

Man that looks good! I'll have to do that with my signal lens. I might use VHT niteshade though, like this guy did on his corners and signal lens:
