Any Western PA lift installers

I'm in the same boat as the SoCal guy. I have no tools for the daystar lift install and before I purchase it, I was wondering if there's anybody around the Pittsburgh area willing to help a bro out. I can provide plenty of food and . It'll also be a nice learning experience for me as I consider myself a beginner at best when it comes to mechanics (installing my Ipod interface is as complicated as it's got for me).

Thanks

I live in the city. I'll go anywhere to avoid the $100 per tire fee that alot of places charge.

I'm out by the airport and pretty much have a full garage, except for a lift. Plus I used to work at a garage. So if you're interested give me a 'holla.

Thanks bro. Have you ever installed a lift? I'm in Crafton Height so I'm just a shot up Rt 60 away.

I'll lend a hand if I'm available. I've done a body lift and suspension lifts. Nothing with coilovers though (4th Gen are coilover front, right?). I have a set of coil spring compressors that you can use with or without me... Gotta get them back from someone else who is using them first though...

just do it yourself.. its beyond easy.. jsut scary.. i sjut installed my bj spacers, springs, and shocks all the way around.. peice of mental cake.. physicly it took some working at to get the old parts ready.. but jsut grinding.. and removing...
50 bux for an electric grinder.. and you only need a few tools.. you can buy a breaker bar, expensive ratchet, and cheap sockets for under 60 bux...

I would do it myself, however my garage is more of a junk storage bin, my driveway slopes downward and my front street is not the kind of street where you want to work on your rig. There's only enough room for 1 car either way. In addition, I don't have the tools either. Again, thanks for the help everyone.

It'll be the 2.5" Daystar spacers.

just tyr it urself..
to do the spacers in back, put one side on jack stands under the frame, take the tire off, undo the sway bar, 1 bolt, undo the top of the shock, 1 bolt, get a friend to help push the axel down, put the spacer in, reconect the bolts.. KABLAAMo! do the same on the other side..

Well, here is some more help. My office is just up the road from you (Steuben Street and Obey Street). We have a flat parking lot big enough for a short semi to turn around in. I'm part owner of the building so you could use the parking lot some weekend to do the mods when you can round up enough help. I'd offer to help but I'm moving soon and I know I'm going to be pretty busy over the few weeks just getting packed up and trying to get the body lift done on my truck.

Bill

Not the Obey House is it? I live just off Ringgold. You've probably seen me around.

Nope but close,

Our address is 1550 Obey Street which is beside the big yellow brick building (old school building) just down the street from the Obey House. My office is at the top of the concrete driveway on the right but you can't see it from Obey Street.
