You should have adjustment screws that can be turned with a long screwdriver. Look into the holes around the light. Down would be tightening the bottom center screw.

I'm just curious but are there any DIY write-ups on this????

Mine may need adjusting and I have no need to go visit the "Stealer" for any other reasons right now..

My passenger side headlight seems to be aimed down too much.

I'm not sure how they should be setup but it seems that you would want the passenger side low beam to point down the right side of the highway further and perhaps the drivers side low beam should be a bit lower and aimed more at the center of your lane.

Any other thoughts on this????

Paul

you should take it to the dealer since you are under waranty. they should have a template they use to aim them to the spec. This is easy to do, you shouldn't need a write up, just turn each one a couple of times while watching the beam on a garage wall or something to get the idea of which way you need to turn. mine has two adjustments and if I only turn one it goes diagonally, not straight up or down or side to side, it requires a combination of the two adjustments. make sure you park the car on a flat area around 20 feet from a wall, if your too close then you won't be able to accurately tell where the beam will end up on the street.

Ditto what keisur said. I use sticky notes on the wall to map the beam and help determine the direction of movement as I make the adjustments. My 2000 SR5 has 2 adjusters and it takes a little experimentation to get the right combination of tweaks.
