Any difference in TRD and "regular" coilover springs??

I'm considering running the Bilstein adjustable coilovers up front. Are the coilover springs from a Tacoma TRD different than a base model 4x4? Just wondering if I should get some different springs or will the factory ones from my 4Runner work fine? Just to be clear, I'm talking about using these.

I've heard that Tundra springs will work as well.

I am not sure of the different rates but I remember reading somewhere about there being different spring rates. If I recall correctly (which I may or may not) the difference is something like 150 or 200 pounds difference in spring rate. Also, (again, if I recall correctly) I think the TRD and the Tundra springs are similar.

TRD v regular coils

According to the parts manual, TRD coil springs are a different part number than stock springs. The TRD's are variable-rate.
