American Eagle Series 186 Alloy 16x8 FItment?

Will these wheels fit the bigger caliper model 4runners?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ameri...QQcmdZViewItem

I know I read somewhere that someone had problems fitting an Eagle series wheel on there bigger caliper 4runner.

Anyone know?

Jeff

from what ive read, you can either go with spacers, grind the calipers a bit or use washers and remove them one at a time to grind a bit off the wheel where its rubbing. it all depends on what the back of the wheel looks like though i think. people been having problems with the mounting face being too big and hitting the caliper

I have the American Eagle Alloy series 101 on my 99 4Runner and they fit great. No rubbing at all.

The 101 and the 186 have different offsets. The 101 has -20 while the 186 has -11. The 101 also has 3 5/8 backspacing and the 186 has 4 so these arent really comparable.

I've got the Eagle 058's and I used the washer/grinder method to make them fit. I don't remember the backset/offset, but they look just like the wheels in the first post.
