all of a sudden started missing, HELP!

all of a sudden started missing, HELP!
was just driving thru town, stopped at light, when i started out again noticed huge lack of power and sounds like its missing. replaced plugs, but if i stick my ear in the intake i can hear what sounds like missing pistons. have a large hole in muffler dont think this is related, any help or can please redirect me to another thread? thanks in advance
