Anyone know of a cargo liner that works for the regular cargo area and for when the seats are folded down??

The Husky liner will work when the seats are folded down, they've got a lip that rests against the back of the rear seats (when they're up), so when they are down the lip will stay there. Worked well for me anyway, makes sleeping back there a pain but other than that it worked great.

Not one w/ a lip if you don't mind the rear seats folding down on the lip. I also like the Husky liners b/c of the lip but when I thought back to how often I've spilled anything that would require a lip, I figured never. If you go through a lot of rain, snow, mud, etc, the lip would be great but I live in Socal and don't see much of the above.

The Rubber-Tech mats I posted above are cool b/c they're custom fit to your truck. I really don't like standard mats that fit everything b/c they don't look like they were made for the truck. Husky liner also makes a standard fit liner that doesn't have the lip, in case you didn't know.

Do not buy mats that look like the type in the first picture. They WILL crack on the bottom by each groove where your foot rests, and let water and dirt down into your carpet. I had two sets (1 set was a gift), one that said 4Runner, and the ones in the picture before I wised up and bought the Husky Liners that look like the second picture.

Just for the sake of completeness....

I'm a bit surprised no one's mentioned Nifty Catch-All mats. They're form fitted / fastened down / 'lipped' to trap liquids. They offer multiple series, of which the 'Xtreme' ('Extreme'?) is the heaviest-duty one.

http://www.niftyproducts.com

I believe Nifty was recently bought by Lund International.

I currently use Husky Liners in my '04 Tacoma XtraCab (front and rear), and I'm quite pleased with them.

I can confirm what was posted earlier about the 'ridged' type mats sometimes cracking down in / along the grooves. Not saying they'll all inevitably do it - just confirming it's happened to me, too....
