I hit some rocks pretty hard about two months ago and my alignment is messed up. Should I take my 99 SR5 4x4 to a 4x4 shopfor alignment or will any ol shop work?

sears did a pretty good job on mine. they will align it free again within 6 mos/6k if it needs it.

4WP did a good job on mine last year right after my lift. the only problem is, they won't honor their 90 day garantee, and the fact that it is only 90 days is crap too. I adjusted the SAWs once they settled and had to get it realigned and they wouldn't honor it, so I don't recemmend them.
