Air locker leaking internally

Air locker leaking internally
Is there another seal inside the locker besides the 2 o-rings? My locker is leaking air and it's not coming from the seal housing but the main body.
Can the leak be fixed w/o disturbing the gear setup? The locker is barely over a year old, haven't really seen any hard use and I have had to replace the seal housing already due to a crack in the copper tube. 
At this point I'm sort of missing the Detroit I used to run.
