Air lift coil helpers, good or bad?

I'm looking at options to get an extra inch or 2 lift in the back of my 2nd gen 4runner. Are the air lift inserts any good or a waste of money?

Besides upgrading the coils (the ones on there are only a couple years old) what is the best way to give a little lift to the rear?

IMO, they are only good if you are towing and want to level it out.
I am not a 2nd gen expert, but if you already have springs, maybe add some spacers.

Try here.

I have a 2nd gen with a 4" Pro Comp lift. I plan on putting these spacers in to add a few inches.

Good luck.
