Unhappy Air intake tube HELP!

Okay need some help. I was changing my spark plugs and needed to remove the Air intake tube form the Fuel injection unit, and thats when I noticed that the Tube has a chunk in it and is letting air in, Big time! UMMM? Maybe this is why the check engine light is on, and it has been running strange???

Well anyway, Any ideas where I may find this part or how I might make one that works? It has the Crank case vent pipe on it, otherwise I would just find a pipe. Please help me!

Vehicle is a 1990 4runner V6..

Angry

:pat: Well thanks for the help. I spent the day looking for that darn pipe in wrecking yards and no luck.

I did not want to modify or use duck tape, So I went to the stealership and got raped!

That darn thing cost me $86.00 and tax. Over 90.00 big ones.
Well thats that !

I have a tube that I used for my intake I will sell you. It is from a new Ford diesel and has worked great for me. All you will need it the rubber boots to connect it to the throttle body and maf sensor. I will even install the brass hose adapters for you. Here is a pic of how mine looks finished--

Installed

Here is an aftermarket replacement

If I am understanding the part you need correctly, here is a part number from Doorman for a direct drop in replacement you should be able to get this at your local parts store, don't know if you still need it, but other people might.....
