air conditioner is not as cold as it should be
#3
i just had to recharge the wifes' 01, i purchased a can of r134 with a gauge for $28
it worked well and does not take much skill to do.
it was much less than the 200+ to check the system by a retailer

the gauge and instructions with the can of refrigerant will help you do a touch of troubleshooting as well. THough I suppose its a bit of risk. If you have a slow leak that has resulted in loss of coolant over a long period of time - the home-refrigerant kit should work well. However if you've got a large leak or component failure, you may end up having wasted your 30$.
