AEM intake question

Hey everyone I was thinking about purchasing an AEM short ram intake off of ebay for my 3rd gen 4cyl 4runner. would it fit? it is the same engine as the tacomas isnt it?

I am not sure, but I had a AEM short ram intake on my EX-GF Civic Si. I later extended it to a cold air intake. the short ram TOOK power from the engine because it took in the HOT engine air.

Does anyone know if the AEM Brute Force Intake will fit on the 98 4Runner?

But, you can do this to help you get more power. It's a hell of a lot cheaper and it really does work.

ahhhh man.... i was hoping to sound ricey too, hahaha, j/k

I'll looking into that silencer removal mod. I just hate having to go all around town picking up parts.
