Question Advanced Timing and Adjusting the AFM?

If I adjust the AFM to run a little more rich, can I get away with running my timing even higher without pinging?

Thanks

Why not do both? If you advance the timing and give your motor a little more fuel it will help reduce pinging and give you more power.

That's what I was thinking. I may give that a shot. I think I've heard most people around here doing a couple clicks on the pot. That ought to do the trick.
