addco sway bar end link..longer or shorter??

Hi all, I installed a set of front and rear addco sway bar to my 4runner. I am just wondering since I have a 2-3 inches lift in the front, should I replace the stock end link with the addco end link, a shorter or a longer end link to accomodate the height changes to maximize the perforcmance??

Ladies and Gentleman, I really need your help because my sway bar bracket has already been ripped off, I am not sure if the stock end link create too much stress or other reasons that causes that!! Please help!!
