my 98 SR5 ABS fuse is not there, car was in accident 10 yrs ago, Cigarette lighter and radio went out, and then blue newly added fuse immediately.

 

If putting a new fuse ends up getting blown, you'll have to find out where a break in the electrical wiring is happening. You can start with the main fuse box and battery cables and connections and look for loose or corroded wiring. That may explain your troubles. Be careful with using tools near the battery and know how to safely use a multimeter. Safety first my friend.
