99 SC - What is this?

On my 99 S/C PreRunner I have what appears to be a fuel regulator, but I can not figure out for sure.

I want to see if this is going bad as I get a stumble on the boost at about 6 lbs.

Anyone want to venture a guess or know exactly what it is?

BTW, I have not posted pictures of my newest toy. Here are some

im not sure what that is, but have you done all of the fuel delivery upgrades? if not that may be causing the stumble.

Since that's just a slight variation in boost, make sure the line going to your boost gauge isn't kinked, crimped, etc.

Funny I made a post asking that too the first time I saw an aftermarket regulator, if that's what that is. Not my truck but here is the thread: http://customtacos.com/forum/showthread.php?t=114795

Thanks all, for the help. Surely someone has used one or seen one like this!

Spence: I bought the truck with the regulator and S/C on it. I am unsure if it has always had the issue or not. So I am trying to correct a wrong

Okie: DING! There was a kink in the line I found when doing the remote start system but the stumble is still there.

Dale: Wow, what a setup! Not sure what to think of that rig...
