I just got a great new 99 4runner and want to install my aftermarket speakers, but am not sure if they fit or not. I have a MB Quart tweeters and 5 inch woofers. I know that the tweeters will fit, but it doesn't look like the woofers are going to fit in the front doors, will they? I also have 6.5 inch Boston Acoustic speakers for the back, but again, it doesn't look like they are going to fit in the back doors. Can anyone help, I want my car to sound as good as it looks.

Welcome to the Forum. Do a search as this thread was just discussed in detail not long ago. I would link ya to it but I am being lazy tonite and I drive a 2nd Gen...hahaha

 

Thank you, as it were, I too am a lazy man, so hopefully I'll be checking out the info soon.

 

It's 6.5 in the front and 5.25 in the rear.

BTW- Boston makes great speakers
