99' 4Runner Lift Kits??

I got a 99 Runner, 3.4 V6, 5spd. Im lookin to lift it, somewhere around 3 inches. I have been researching lifts for a while where i work, and forums. I just dont know what to go with. I heard OME was a good way, & SAW, But what about SkyJacker Poly Spacers or Super Lift???? Pros and Cons of it all? Let me know what you guys think, and what has worked the best out there.

i had spacers front and rear. it was fairly stiff. i changed the rear out for downey 3.5/2.5 coils and the front I went to tundra NON-TRD 2WD coils w/ smaller spacers and it was still stiff. I then went to tundra TRD 2wd coils and they now match the rear downey's nicely. do a search for "trd tundra"... there's two or three days worth of info on the subject and comparing them to saws and ome.

another source is http://www.fastq.com/~sschaefer/parts.html look around there and you'll get tons more info.
