Hello, I have tried to program the keyless remote several times but the locks cycle twice and won't accept the remote. I have purchased a total of three remotes with the same part number, new battteries with no luck. The orgional remote still works with the 99 4runner. Anyone out there have this problem or know how to fix it.

I'm not sure. I have a 99 Limited 4runner. I tried the link with the instructions a couple of time and no response from the vehicle. Any ideas?

 

google it.. i bought my remote from ebay and have no problems......

 

Does anyone know what alarm if any the 99 Limited has?
