I am replacing the engine in my V6 98 Tacoma after the old one died, does anybody have suggestions on a new clutch, water pump, or even upgraeds I could do?

 

I know nothing about clutches and MTs, but as far as the water pump and other engine accessory stuff, go OEM all the way. If you're going to go through all the trouble to pull the old engine out, you may as well go ahead and splurge for OEM timing belt, water pump, pulleys, tensioner, etc. It's obviously incredibly easy to do this stuff while the engine is out. If you're going to spend the bucks to breathe life back into your rig, you should do it right.
