98 Suspension OME Help

I have a 98 S/C 4runner that i wish to put 285/75/16 on, I want to lift it but im not sure which OME springs to get, hard, med , or soft

I am 95% on road driving and the rest off road, so I want a smooth ride,

please help me decide which model springs and struts to buy, and where i can find the best deal
