98 2WD 3.4 engine replacement. What years fit?
Howdy folks. Its time to replace the faulty engine in my 98 2WD 4Runner. What years on motors are a direct bolt in where ALL of the computer connections are correct. I live in So. Calif. where smog tests are a normal part of life, so I need to make sure its a plug and play deal. I understand that 96 to 02 will bolt in, but do they also have the same computer connections/sensors?
