'97 Tacoma 4WD rear axle bearing info: KOYO 6308T

Howdy guys,
I was told that the factory Toyota front & rear wheel bearings for my '97 Tacoma 4WD were made by KOYO. Got a very good price on a pair of factory TOYOTA rear axle bearings (Toyota p/n 90363-40020-77). Just received them & inside the factory Toyota marked boxes are in fact a pair of "JAPAN 6308T KOYO" marked sealed bearings. Will install them when I pull the axles to change out the seals. There are some good deals on high quality rear axle bearing/bearing retainer/seal sets on ebay with either KOYO or NACHI rear axle bearings with NACHI bearing retainers/seals. A full set of high quality rear axle bearings/bearing retainers/seals for both rear axles is approx. $80 shipped, a relatively inexpensive option to consider if your axle bearings are starting to get loud. .02

Yes, you can pay as much, or as little as you want to for high quality bearings.

The SKF master interchange converts Toyota bearing part numbers (And most other manufacturers) into SKF numbers which may crossed to any other makers numbers.;;;;
